Carnival Glass Candle Hurricanes 85% off retail

The original retail prices on these candle hurricanes were crazy, $69.99, $49.99 and $19.99.

I purchased these on half price day from the Goodwill,

 ...the largest cost me $10.

They are dusty but in perfect condition.

They look great with the pumpkins I picked up at Home Goods and a crow (50 % off) from Michaels.

$2 Coffee Bar

This Fontana cabinet from Broyhill isn't really my style but the price was right...FREE! I recently decided to chalk paint a bedroom set that has lots of deep scratches. I figured that 

I could practice on this cabinet and make it into a coffee bar.

I was shocked at how little chalk paint is required. I used Waverly Chalk paint in "Agave" from Walmart, 16 oz jar for  just $9.47 and I still have about half the jar left.

This cabinet was more scuffed up than it appears in the photos and not all of it is real wood, some pieces are MDF covered in a wood grain paper type thing but everything covered nicely. I might paint the inside of the upper cabinet, I just want to be sure I don't get scratches in the paint.

So, all in, I invested about $6 in our coffee bar.

Curtains just $6.12 a Panel & $7 Brass Floor Lamp

I ordered 8 panels to cover our deck window (that has sliding vertical blinds) , these Blue and White curtains from Target are great at blocking the light. These curtains are great, No regrets at $6.12 ea.!

This brand new brass floor lamp was only $6.99, the room is so dark that you barely see the lamp but hopefully you get the idea...lol.

I feel like all the photos I see of these curtains distorts the pattern so I am adding a close-up

Inspiration for round mirrors or frames

I see a crazy amount of round mirrors in stores, and this image from Pinterest (I'm not in love with the blue decor though) has inspired me to begin looking for some good deals on mirrors I like. I will try to add mirrors to this post as I find them so you can watch my progress. 

I hope they don't disappear from the stores as soon as I start collecting them...lol

.... I have always secretly wanted to get one of those starburst mirrors anyway.
